Your growth plan (goals and milestones), reflections, assessment answers and result, and saved profile details are stored only in your browser's local storage on this device. They are never transmitted to a server, and no one at NAPE can see them. This also means they are not backed up: clearing your browser data, using a different browser, or switching devices removes them. Use Export plan on the Growth Plan page to keep your own backup.
Information leaves your device only when you choose to send it, in three places. The interest form on the Connect page sends your name, email address, and (optionally) your role and agency, used solely to contact you about this program — announcements, cohort dates, and how to apply. The Feedback button sends the comment you write, the page it's about, and your name if you include it, used solely to improve this prototype. The partner-connection tool has an optional, per-campaign "Share this campaign's progress with NAPE" switch, off by default; when you turn it on, NAPE receives your name, role, and agency, the partner organization and the kind of role you're reaching, your goal, how many steps you've completed, the status you set, your outcome note if you write one, and your email address if you had already joined the interest list on that device. It never receives your contact's name, your message drafts, or your step notes. NAPE uses this only to understand which partnerships are forming and to support members. Turning it off stops further updates; what was already sent stays with NAPE unless you ask the NAPE office to remove it. None of this is sold, and none of it is shared with anyone outside NAPE and the service providers below.
The partner-connection tool on the Connect page loads NAPE's partner directory (organization names, categories, descriptions, and websites) through this site's server from Airtable. That request carries no information about you beyond the standard server logs described below. The campaigns you build, the drafts you edit, and your notes are stored only in this browser, like your growth plan. Messages are never sent by this site; you copy them into your own email. Progress summaries go to NAPE only if you turn on sharing for a campaign, as described above.
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts.
To remove everything this site has stored in this browser, use the button below. To have your interest-form submission or shared partner-connection progress deleted from NAPE's records, contact the NAPE office and it will be removed.
This site is intended for working professionals and is not directed at children.
As a prototype, this site and this notice may change as the program develops. Material changes will be reflected in the date above.
